The Firm is organized for administrative purposes into five sections according to the primary practice areas of their members:

Public Law
Real Estate
Corporation/Tax/Estate Planning
Employment and Labor Law
Administration and management of each section is the responsibility of a Section Head. The Firm also has a number of practice groups or areas. Practice groups are comprised of partners and associates drawn from among the Firm's five Sections. Practice groups members are committed to working together to integrate their particular legal specializations (e.g. corporate, litigation, or employment) with the issues and needs unique to a particular practice area. Practice groups are an example of Rutan & Tucker's commitment to work creatively and efficiently to meet client needs.
Our Managing Partner is responsible for the day to day management of the Firm. The Managing Partner consults on an ongoing basis with the Firm's Executive Committee on Firm management issues. Rutan & Tucker has a full-time Business Administrator and business support staff.
